The project team presented the Participatory Approach to Learning in Systems (PALS) as a training and practice approach for IPC and the implementation results from project phase I at the 8th ICPIC hosted in Geneva, Switzerland from 16 to 19 September 2025.
The conference is overseen by renowned figures in the field of IPC and gathered more than 1.000 participants from over 100 countries to discuss research and innovative approaches to IPC in the clinical, Public Health and One Health sphere.
ICPIC was not only a valuable opportunity for acquiring new knowledge on relevant IPC topics, but the feedback from and exchange with international experts also gave new perspectives and ideas on refining our project’s strategies.
Colleagues from different sectors and institutions approached the team with the interest to collaborate on integrating PALS into their IPC training efforts.
